Calee is designed to make family life feel calmer and more organised. We want you to feel confident when you bring Calee home.

After receiving your Calee tablet, you can try it at home with your family for up to 3 months.

If Calee is not the right fit, please contact us first so we can help with setup, calendar connection, chores, reminders or any other issue. If we cannot make it right, we will refund your Calee purchase under this 3-month satisfaction guarantee.

To qualify

You must contact us within 3 months of receiving your Calee tablet.
The tablet and included accessories must be returned in reasonable condition.
The guarantee applies to the Calee tablet and Calee Home Access purchase.
Delivery fees and return shipping may be excluded unless required by Australian Consumer Law.
This guarantee does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Pre-order deposit

The 5% pre-order deposit and the 3-month satisfaction guarantee are separate.

The 5% deposit is fully refundable at any time before you make your final payment.
The 3-month satisfaction guarantee applies after you have received and tried Calee at home.

Nothing in this guarantee limits or excludes any right or remedy you may have under Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
